Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Bidding Expert & specialized in writing Proposals
  • Preparing estimates and quotations for customers.
  • Lead generation that results in sales from.
  • Daily communication with clients.
  • Maintain very high rating on Upwork/Freelancer/Fiverr etc. - This is very important for us.
  • Maintain healthy relationship with the client(s).
  • Meet monthly quota of projects.
  • Ability to communicate with the client in writing and verbally through Skype as well.
  • Strong Follow-up skills and self-Motivated.
  • Bidding Expert & specialized in writing Proposals
  • Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client. Talking on phone, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the client.

Skills Required:
✅ Experience:1 to 1.5 years
✅Strong Negotiation Skills.
✅ Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Hiring Graphic Designer

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Specialist for Illustrated Caricatures, ArtWork and Mascots Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
  • Plans concept by studying information and materials.
  • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
  • Daily communication with clients.
  • Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
  • Completes projects before the deadline.

Hiring Call Center Agent

Duties & Responsibilities:

To identify sales opportunities and present benefits and key product features to acquire new business.

  • To communicate with existing and new customers to meet sales targets.
  • To understand and work towards meeting monthly sales targets.
  • To handle sales queries via phone calls, emails and live chats.
  • To prepare website proposals and send emails to prospect or returning clients.

Skills Required:
Excellent command in written and spoken English. Neutral accent is highly preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in cold calling.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in online sales.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Candidate with experience in selling software and website solutions will be preferred (Worldwide)
